Dallas Food Finds, 1978. Co-author with Anna Faye Friedlander. We researched, wrote, did the graphic design and production, published and marketed the book in the Metroplex.

Dallas Cooks, researched, wrote and did all production for a 16 page newsletter, published monthly 1988/90. Developed a national circulation.

Dirty Dining, a Cookbook and More for Lovers, 1993, Wordware Publishing. Appeared on The Joan Rivers Show, The Rolonda Show, many area TV shows and gave well over 900 radio interviews about the book.
